What this covers

This page covers the website. Programs themselves are governed by their own enrollment agreements, which we'll send before your first session. Donations are handled separately by Stripe under their terms.

Using the site

You may use the site to learn about us, donate, volunteer, sign up for programs, and contact us. Don't try to break it, scrape it for spam, or impersonate someone else.

Donations

• Donations are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number.
• Mission ABLE is a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 41-5087818). Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
• Recurring (monthly) donations continue until you cancel. Cancel anytime by emailing hello@missionablefl.org or via the link in your Stripe receipt.
• Refund policy — if you made a donation by mistake, email us within 30 days and we'll refund it. After 30 days, we may not be able to.

Volunteering

Volunteer signup on the site is a first step — not a contract. Once we receive your signup, we'll get in touch to confirm the shift, walk through any needed orientation, and (where appropriate) ask you to complete a background check. We reimburse background check costs.

Program enrollment

Submitting an enrollment inquiry through this site doesn't guarantee a spot. We respond within 2 business days to confirm fit, accommodations, and availability. Programs may have wait lists, capacity limits, partner-org requirements, or be season-specific.

Content & photos

Everything on this site — text, logos, photos — belongs to Mission ABLE or its partners, used with permission. You're welcome to share links to our pages. For other uses, email us.

Photos that include participants are published only after we have explicit written consent from the participant (or their guardian where applicable). If you appear in a photo and want it removed, email hello@missionablefl.org.

Disclaimers

We do our best to keep program info, dates, and availability accurate, but things change. We may cancel, reschedule, or adjust programs because of weather, partner availability, or other factors.

The site is provided “as is.” Third-party links go to sites we don't control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Mission ABLE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Participation in programs is governed by separate program agreements that include their own liability terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms materially, we'll post a note at the top of this page for 30 days. Your continued use of the site after the change means you accept the new terms.
